The nine reasons a BetPro login fails, easiest first, with the fix for each and the three things never to do.

BetPro login not working? Check the address came from your desk, copy the username, and turn off caps lock. The usual causes in order: stale login address, clone page, old password, username typo, timed lock after wrong attempts, old app build, ISP block, inactive dealer line, vanished dealer. Resets are free from the number on the account; never share a password, PIN or OTP or pay an unlock fee.
Thirty seconds before anything else
- Is the address the one your desk gave you? Not a search result, not a forward, not a bookmark from last season.
- Is the page titled "BpExch Login" with exactly two fields? Username and password. Anything asking for an OTP, PIN or CNIC is a clone.
- Is caps lock off, and did you copy the username from the desk's message rather than type it?
The nine causes, easiest first
- Stale login address. The sign-in address rotates and old ones stop resolving or get reused. Symptom: page will not load, or loads something that is not the login. Fix: get today's address from your desk inside your account conversation; the BetPro new link guide explains why this is the only safe source.
- Clone page. You typed your details into a copy. Symptom: "error", nothing happens, or a request for an OTP. Fix: tell the desk immediately and get a free password reset. Do this before anything else.
- Old password. You changed the starter password and remember the old one. Symptom: "invalid username or password". Fix: use the new one; if it is gone, a free reset from the number on the account.
- Username typo. Spaces, dots and capitals creep in. Fix: copy it from the desk's first message.
- Timed lock. Five or six wrong attempts and the account locks briefly. Symptom: the right password also fails. Fix: wait 15–30 minutes, try once. The password reset page explains lock versus forgotten.
- Old app build. App rejects the password, browser accepts it. Fix: current APK from the desk, uninstall the old one; the BetPro app download guide covers the safe install.
- ISP block. Everything times out, not just login; works on mobile data but not Wi-Fi. Fix: diagnosed by switching networks; the new-link guide covers the rest, including the honest word on VPNs.
- ID inactive. You sign in but cannot bet, or a banner says inactive. Cause: the dealer line above you lapsed, not you. Fix: only that desk or its master can restore it, free. Your balance is intact.
- Issuing dealer has vanished. The hardest case: only the issuing desk can reset the password. Fix: follow the BetPro dealer guide's order of operations, then open fresh with a desk that passes the one-week test.
Share your password, wallet PIN or an OTP, or pay an "unlock fee". A real desk resets for free, from the number the account was opened with. Anyone asking for codes or money is not opening your account; they are opening your wallet.
Inactive, blocked, suspended: three different screens
Inactive
Login works, betting does not. Dealer line lapsed, or months of zero activity. Reactivation is free and immediate once the line is restored.
Blocked / locked
Login itself fails after repeated wrong passwords. A timer, not a judgement. Wait, then try once.
Suspended
Rare for players: same-wallet-funding-several-accounts flags, disputed deposits, or platform-level action. The desk can ask; the decision sits above it.
The one message that fixes it fastest
Username, exactly what the screen says (screenshot), browser or app, since when, and whether you have deposited recently (with the TID if so). One complete message is answered in one look; six fragments restart the queue every time someone picks the conversation up. On a Pakistan match night the queue is real.
After you are back in: two minutes of hygiene
Bookmark the current address, set a password you use nowhere else, delete old app builds and old links, and open the statement once at zero balance. Every reset is a chance to do the zero-balance test again; the BPExch demo account page describes it for new players and it applies to old ones too.
