How do I deposit in BPExch?
- Ask the desk for the current receiving details. They rotate; a number from an old screenshot is the commonest cause of a “missing” deposit.
- Send from a wallet or bank account you control. Withdrawals return to the funding source.
- Copy the transaction ID (TID) from the wallet confirmation or the agent-shop receipt.

Why does the desk need the TID?
The transaction ID is the only thing that ties your transfer to your account. On a match night forty Rs 500 credits arrive within an hour; with the TID yours is matched in one look, without it the desk is matching by amount and time. Wallet apps show it in the transaction history; agent receipts print it.
Deposit not showing? Check in this order
- Has it been long enough (see above)?
- Do you have the TID? If not, bring the exact amount, sending number and time.
- Did you send to the current receiving details? Say so if you used an old number; desks recover these routinely.
- Was it your own wallet? Third-party deposits are held for confirmation more often.
- Is the wallet itself having an outage? Its own app usually says.
- Then send one complete message. Do not send the deposit again.
The desk charges nothing to credit a deposit and nothing to find a delayed one. Anyone offering to “trace” or “unblock” it for a fee is a scam.
