Scammers copy a real desk's name, logo and even its website text, then advertise a different number under it. If you are messaging a number that claims to be this desk, the test is simple: did you get the number from a page on bpexchonline.com that you typed into your browser yourself? If not, do not fund until you have.

There is no ticket system, no IVR, no call centre.
