BPExchOnlineTerms of use
The plain version: what this desk is and is not, how published figures bind us, and what we ask of players.
What this site is
BPExchOnline provides information about BPExch accounts and operates a service desk that helps players in Pakistan open and use them. BPExchOnline is not the exchange operator. Accounts, markets, odds, settlement and account rules belong to the platform, and the platform's own rules govern play.
Published figures
Figures published on this site are of three kinds, explained on the about page: desk policy (minimum deposit, minimum withdrawal, free resets), which binds the desk as published; dated desk measurements (typical payout timings), which describe past performance and are not a promise of future timing; and platform facts, checked on the live platform as of the date shown. If a page and a desk message disagree, the page prevails and we correct the desk.
Not advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment or legal advice. Betting involves risk of loss; never play with money you cannot afford to lose. Pakistan's law on gambling is described on the is BPExch safe page in general terms only; consult a lawyer for your own situation. Responsible-play tools are on the responsible gambling page.
Users
Users must be 18 or older. By using the desk you agree to provide accurate details for your own account only, to fund from wallets you own, and to keep your password private. The desk is not responsible for losses arising from credentials you shared with third parties, from deposits sent to details other than those the desk gave you in your conversation, or from pages you reached outside this site.
Third-party links
Some pages link to external sites (payment providers, regulators, reference material) for context. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content. Competing account providers named on the compare page are identified for comparison only and are not linked.
Content
Text, audio, video and PDF guides on this site are ours. You may quote with attribution and a link; you may not republish pages wholesale or present them as another desk's work.
Changes and contact
These terms change when the service changes; the date below moves when they do. Questions about them go to the desk through the contact page.
