BetPro Exchange in Pakistan: how it works, how accounts are issued, how money moves

What BetPro Exchange is, how it differs from a bookie, how accounts reach players in Pakistan, how money moves, what commission is, and what the law says.

Quick answer

BetPro Exchange, now called BPExch, is a peer-to-peer betting exchange where Pakistani players bet against each other with back and lay, and the platform takes commission only on net winnings. Accounts are issued free by desks on WhatsApp; deposits from Rs 500 by Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank; withdrawals from Rs 1,000 to the same wallet. It has no Pakistani licence, and most real losses in the niche come from dealers, not the platform.

What BetPro Exchange is

BetPro Exchange is a peer-to-peer betting exchange: players bet against each other, not against a bookmaker, and the platform takes a small commission on net winnings. It is the exchange most Pakistani cricket players use, and it now presents itself under the name BPExch. The two names describe one platform; an ID from either era signs in today. In Pakistan it is reached through desks and dealers who issue accounts and handle PKR payments, because the platform itself has no sign-up form and no rupee rails of its own.

Back and lay in sixty seconds

Back (lagai) Pakistan at 2.00 with Rs 1,000: win Rs 1,000 if they win, lose Rs 1,000 if they do not. Lay (khai) Pakistan at 2.00 for Rs 1,000: you take the backer's stake; keep it if Pakistan lose, pay their Rs 1,000 profit if Pakistan win. The amount you might have to pay is the liability, held from your balance while the bet is open. Back first, then lay the same team at a shorter price, and you have a profit whichever way the match goes. The how-BPExch-works page walks one PSL over through all of it, and the odds calculator does the arithmetic.

What you can bet on

How accounts are issued in Pakistan

Through a hierarchy: super masters issue masters, masters issue dealers, dealers issue player accounts. Every BetPro account in Pakistan therefore comes from a desk, free, on WhatsApp, in about two minutes. The desk is also who you deposit with and withdraw from, which is why choosing one matters more than anything on the platform itself. The questions to ask are in the BetPro dealer guide.

Money in and out

Deposits by Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer (IBFT and Raast), from Rs 500 at this desk, with the transaction ID sent to the desk for matching. Withdrawals from Rs 1,000, back to the wallet you funded from, usually the same day. No fee in either direction; a "release fee" or "withdrawal tax" is a scam, not a charge. The BetPro deposit and BetPro withdrawal guides have the detail.

Commission, honestly

A small percentage, commonly 2–5% and set in your account terms, charged on your net winnings in a market, only when you win that market. Never on stakes, deposits, withdrawals or losing markets. It is the whole of the platform's income from you, and the reason the exchange's prices are usually better than a bookie's even after it.

Safety and the law

Two separate things. The platform is offshore and has no Pakistani licence; gambling is prohibited under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and the PTA blocks betting sites from time to time. Nothing here is legal advice. In practice, almost every rupee players lose outside of betting itself is lost to dealers, not to the platform: ID fees, release fees, shared IDs, vanished agents. A verified desk, a zero-balance test, your own wallet, a small week-one withdrawal, and never sharing a password or OTP remove most of that. The is-BPExch-safe page has the full, un-hyped version.
